- 1963 – Bill Ulman & Paul Flament form Flament-Ulman, Inc. A commercial Acoustical Ceiling contracting company
- 1965 – Bill Ulman buys out Paul Flament
- 1969 – Flament-Ulman Inc. expands into commercial flooring
- 1981 – Dave Ulman and Richard Miller buy out Bill Ulman
- 1986 – Dave Ulman & his wife Sherry buy out Richard Miller
- 2018 – Corey McDonald & Mark Sontag buy out Dave & Sherry Ulman, and continue the business as what is now known as Far-Moor Acoustics & Floors, LLC
